• This form does not guarantee a spot on my calendar. Spots are limited and will be accepted based on availability.

• Before filling out the form, please check my calendar for upcoming holiday offerings.

• PRICING: Curated cookies will having pricing included in any Facebook posts. All printed cookies will have a single fill color and the image you request for $55/doz.​

​

• After accepting your order, I require a non-refundable deposit of $55 to buy supplies and get you on my calendar. Venmo is my preferred form of payment.

• All cookies will be individually packaged and heat sealed to ensure freshness. Pick up is located at my home in Sauk City, WI.

• Due to strict copyright laws I'm unable to do characters, sports logos or other trademarked images with express permission from the owner. Instead I can make something inspired by your theme. If this is something you would like to discuss let me know!

• Cookies are made in a home kitchen that has been exposed to nuts, wheat, dairy and eggs. This home kitchen follows the Wisconsin Cottage Food Laws and is not subject to inspection.
